Our job is to manage all the details so that you can enjoy your special day with your friends, guests, and family.
We plan and execute events from anniversary celebrations and birthday parties to corporate events and retirement parties to the most popular event of all: weddings! Our experience is extensive, enabling us to network, problem solve, and negotiate on your behalf to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. We can oversee all aspects of your event planning or event management, including identifying your venue, negotiating contracts with your vendors, managing and maximizing your budget, and on-site coordination and management of event-day activities and details. Your amazing event will be the product of our timely communications, unsurpassed attention to detail, and in-depth understanding of your vision and goals for your event.

Event-Day Coordination
Coordination of your day requires a person or team (depending on the size of your event) of people to execute your perfect day. We are skilled to instantly problem solve and are equipped to provide items that may be needed to address many issues.
Theme & Decor
For most of our clients the visual design and the look of your event are of utmost importance. We take the time to create a themed plan through a series of questions to open the window to your vision. Once the theme is developed, we create and or find visuals that you can relate with until we see that ever so satisfying look of delight on your face.
My team and I then begin to scope props/flowers/linen/decor that relate to your theme. We then choose one aspect of your event—whether it’s a tablescape, a backdrop, or floral arrangement—and do a mock up of that item for your approval. This establishes credibility and confidence in our ability to produce your vision.
Food tastings / catering
Catering of your event is one of your biggest costs and—whether we choose a caterer, use one of your choice, or the caterer is included with the venue—a food tasting is always provided for our clients to ensure that the food is no less than amazing. This is where you can tweak, change, or increase/decrease food selections based on visuals and taste.
Cake Tastings
For many events, cakes are also a big part of your special day. We organize cake tastings as well, to give you an opportunity to see what your cake can look like and also taste the different varieties and flavors. This is a very important factor as it needs to flow with your theme.
Videographer / Photographer
Blissful Events employs a talented videographer and an accomplished photographer. You won’t have to spend time to search and vet someone. We have already done the vetting and prequalification, and have them as an integral part of our team. We are also very flexible and are more than happy to work with photographers or videographers of your choosing.
Car / Limo Services
We can negotiate and book car or limo services for guests, the wedding party, or just the happy couple. Whatever transportation services are needed, we can organize, coordinate, and communicate.
Hotel Accommodations
We can coordinate all details of hotel accommodations for your guests. From arrival and departure times for the event, to transportation to/from the hotel, event, and airport. Your guests will receive detailed agenda packets to let them know where to be and when to be there. We can help your guests enjoy the destination to the max by organizing mini-events at destination hotspots before the main event.
Rentals Companies
Tables, chairs, and a variety of other supplies and furnishings can be rented. If you want them and the venue doesn’t have them, we can obtain them for you through rental companies.
Venue Selection & Booking
We can help you find the perfect venue for your celebration, and then negotiate, book, organize, and coordinate with the venue so that you can spend your time on something more worthy of your time (like dress fittings and food tastings!)
SWAG & GIFTING
Can’t decide on the appropriate gifts or swag for your guests or wedding party? We would love the opportunity to assist you in selecting the perfect gifts to commemorate the occasion or help you design a one-of-a-kind memento from your heart.
